Mobile Phone can be picked up or returned to our office during our business hours (Monday to Friday 0900-1700). The phone can be returned on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays upon request.
If there is mobile phone in stock, you can rent a handset on the same day that you subscribe.
Late return charge will be calculated from the following day of the return date agreed by the customer and KDDI Hong Kong.

Deposit
Deposit is not necessary for those who make the payment by credit card. (Up to 2 handsets)
Deposit for each handset is HK$500. Deposit will be collected upon picking up the handset and will be used for offsetting the calls charges. Remaining balance will be returned after all settlement.
Payment Method
Customer has to pay the Rental Charge and Network Access Charge upon picking up a mobile phone.
Both cash and credit card are accepted.
